For a refreshingly bittersweet tipple, try Aperol and Grapefruit Shandy from Rosie Mackean, chef and author of Good Time Cooking: “Inspired by an Aperol drink called a spaghett cocktail, this light, fruity number is usually made with lemon, but here I’ve used grapefruit for a fresh spin. Scale it up or down as you like, and chill your (not too delicate) glasses for an icier pour.”Time and servings
