Ingredients

  • 1 (330ml) bottle Italian lager
  • 50ml Aperol
  • 1 tbsp grapefruit juice, plus a slice to garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Pour the lager into a frozen glass. Add the Aperol and grapefruit juice, then finish with a perky slice of grapefruit for a nice garnish.
