Aperol Spritz
By OcadoLife
Published on 07 April 2022
Light, refreshing and relatively low in alcohol, this colourful aperitif is ideal for the drier palate. As a prosecco-based cocktail, Aperol Spritz is popular in northeast Italy where it's often served between work and dinner. Spritz comes from the German ‘spritzen’, which means splash, and refers to diluting the prosecco with soda water. Garnish with a curl of orange or lemon peel and serve with plenty of ice.
