A refreshing aperitif spritz to transport you to the mountains. Made with Everleaf Mountain, an aromatic non-alcoholic aperitif packed with cherry blossom and rosehip, this spritz is fresh and fruity all-year round. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 handful ice
- 50ml Everleaf Mountain
- 150ml London Essence pomelo and pink peppercorn soda
- 2 strawberries, halved
- ½ sprig of mint, to garnish
Method
Step 1
Add a handful of ice to a wine glass.Step 2
Pour over Everleaf Mountain and stir.Step 3
Top up with pomelo and pink peppercorn soda then stir again.Step 4
Garnish with fresh berries, mint and serve.
