Ingredients

  • 1 handful ice
  • 50ml Everleaf Mountain
  • 150ml London Essence pomelo and pink peppercorn soda
  • 2 strawberries, halved
  • ½ sprig of mint, to garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Add a handful of ice to a wine glass.

  • Step 2

    Pour over Everleaf Mountain and stir.

  • Step 3

    Top up with pomelo and pink peppercorn soda then stir again.

  • Step 4

    Garnish with fresh berries, mint and serve.
