
Avocado and Vine Tomato Bruschetta with Sour Cream & Chive Dip

Ingredients
- 1 ciabatta style artisan baguette
- 2 drizzles of olive oil
- 3 vine tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 avocados
- 6 slices of german salami
- 1 sour cream & chive dip, to serve
Method
Step 1
Halve a ciabatta-style artisan baguette lengthways, then cut each half into 3 equal slices.Step 2
Place on a baking sheet, drizzle bread with olive oil, top with wedges of Ocado on the vine tomatoes & Ocado onion, another drizzle of olive oil and place into a hot oven (200C) for 3-4 minutes.Step 3
Meanwhile stone and peel 2-3 ripe Ocado avocados then slice together with some Ocado ham or Ocado German salami.Step 4
Remove the bruschetta from the oven and carefully pile on the avocado and ham then place back into the oven for 4-5 minutes until crisp and golden.Step 5
Slide onto napkins and top with dollops of Ocado sour cream & chive dip.
