
Avocado Yoghurt Dip with Crudites

Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 100 g of greek yoghurt
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 tbsp of lime, 1tbsp juice, 1tbsp zest
- 1 tsp of olive oil
Method
Step 1
Scoop out the flesh of two small avocados and chop a small bunch of coriander.Step 2
Add the avocado flesh and coriander to 100g greek yogurt, along with 1tbsp lime juice, 1tsp grated lime zest and 1tsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.Step 3
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth, then serve with pitta chips or crudités.
