Baby and Toddler’s Extra-veg Chicken Noodle Soup

“This Baby and Toddler’s Extra-veg Chicken Noodle Soup is great for encouraging older babies or toddlers to explore textures, as there are lots of lumps and bumps that are still easy to manage,” says nutritionist Charlotte Stirling-Reed, author of bestseller How To Wean Your Baby. “It also helps older toddlers develop cutlery skills by stabbing, scooping and twisting noodles on a fork. For younger babies, the veggies are soft, but you could mash them and chop the noodles. To make this adult friendly, add flavour with any of these: coriander, basil, lime juice, crispy onions, chilli flakes or sliced red chillies.”
