
Bacon and Egg Naan

Ingredients
- 2 naan breads, plain or garlic and coriander
- 6 slices smoked streaky bacon
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp chilli jam
- 1 handful fresh coriander sprigs
Method
Step 1
Set the grill to medium. Cook the naan breads to packet instructions.Step 2
Meanwhile, set a frying pan over a medium high heat and fry the bacon until crisp. Set aside and keep warm on a tray.Step 3
Fry the eggs in the same pan until the whites are set and edges are beginning to crisp.Step 4
Remove the naans from the oven. Spread each with 2 tbsp cream cheese and drizzle over the chilli jam. Top each with 3 slices crispy bacon, a fried egg and a few sprigs of coriander.Step 5
Fold in half and serve with extra chilli jam on the side.
