Bacon and Egg Naan

Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads, plain or garlic and coriander
  • 6 slices smoked streaky bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp chilli jam
  • 1 handful fresh coriander sprigs

Method

  • Step 1

    Set the grill to medium. Cook the naan breads to packet instructions.
  • Step 2

    Meanwhile, set a frying pan over a medium high heat and fry the bacon until crisp. Set aside and keep warm on a tray.
  • Step 3

    Fry the eggs in the same pan until the whites are set and edges are beginning to crisp.
  • Step 4

    Remove the naans from the oven. Spread each with 2 tbsp cream cheese and drizzle over the chilli jam. Top each with 3 slices crispy bacon, a fried egg and a few sprigs of coriander.
  • Step 5

    Fold in half and serve with extra chilli jam on the side.
