Ingredients
- 200 g of streaky bacon or pancetta
- 85 g of paxo sage & onion stuffing, made according to packet instructions
Method
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 220ºC/ Gas mark 7.Step 2
Make the Paxo according to the packet instructions and form the Paxo stuffing mix into eight balls.Step 3
Wrap the stuffing balls in the bacon and place onto a greased baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
