The perfect combination of cream and whiskey, Baileys Original Irish Cream is one of life’s most pleasurable indulgences. It can also be used to introduce a little decadence to other drinks. Here is something really special, the Baileys Chocochino. It’s a fabulous frappé made with Baileys, chocolate milk and espresso, with some luxurious garnishes.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 200 ml of chocolate-flavoured milk
- 1 drizzle of of chocolate sauce, plus extra to serve
- 50 ml of espresso, cooled
- 1 tsp of coffee beans, to serve
- 100 ml of baileys original irish cream
- 1 handful of chocolate honeycomb, crushed
Method
Step 1
Add 2 scoops of crushed ice, cold espresso, chocolate-flavoured milk, chocolate sauce and Baileys Original Irish Cream into a blender and blitz.Step 2
Pour the mix into a short glass, then drizzle with the chocolate sauce, sprinkle over the crushed honeycomb, and finish off with a few coffee beans to serve.
