Baileys Irish Latte

A splash of heavenly Baileys in a classic coffee drink. The recipe should technically be a Baileys latte macchiato. You see for a caffe latte to be authentic, the shot of espresso needs to be poured into the glass first, followed by the Baileys and hot milk. But we won't tell anyone if you don't! Ingredients
- 1 cup of espresso
- 200 ml of milk, or enough to fill your coffee glass, steamed
- 1 tsp of cocoa powder, to serve
- 50 ml of baileys original irish cream
Method
Step 1
Pour steaming milk into a coffee glass, leaving enough room for the espresso and Baileys to go in on top.Step 2
Add your espresso shot to the glass.Step 3
Finally pour the creamy Baileys on top of the milk and coffee and finish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
