
Baked Berry Camembert

Ready in just 30 minutes, our Baked Berry Camembert is the showstopper starter you need to kick off any celebration. Creamy cheese, tangy berries and sweet honey come together for a moreish dish your guests will love. Ingredients
- 250g camembert
- 60g frozen summer fruits
- 25g walnut halves
- 1 thyme sprig
- 1 small rosemary sprig
- 3 tbsp runny honey
- 1 small baguette or crackers
Method
Step 1
Heat the oven to 180°C/ 160°C fan/ gas 4. Cut a piece of baking paper to about 25cm square.Step 2
Remove the packaging from the camembert and transfer to the centre of the baking paper square then return the cheese to the wooden box it came in with plenty of paper overhang.Step 3
Score the top of the cheese with a sharp knife then pile on frozen berries, crumble over the walnut halves, thyme and rosemary and then drizzle with honey.Step 4
Scrunch the paper up to create a loose parcel, set on a baking sheet and cook for 20 mins. Remove from the oven and open the parcel up so you can see the berries, return to the oven for 5 mins until just oozing and the berries are beginning to burst.Step 5
Transfer to a heatproof dish and serve with plenty of baguette or crackers.
