
Ingredients
- 4 sprigs of oregano
- 1 drizzle of balsamic vinegar
- 1 drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 kg of black or red grapes, in bunches
- 250 g of camembert (or brie)
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas 7. In a roasting tray, combine the grapes, oregano, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Lightly toss to coat.Step 2
Pop in the oven for 8 mins, or until the grapes start to split.Step 3
Turn the bunches over and place the cheese among the grapes, torn into chunks. Drizzle with a little more oil and vinegar and return to the oven for 5 mins, until the cheese starts to melt.Step 4
Place the tray on the table to serve and let everyone dig in with fresh crusty bread.
