Ingredients
- 800 ml of semi-skimmed milk, or according to personal preference of thickness
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 150 g of porridge oats
- 1 drizzle of honey
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
Method
Step 1
Start by pouring the milk into a pan, add the oats and cinnamon, and heat gently stir continuously all until the porridge starts to thicken and turn creamy.Step 2
Take off the heat and add the bananas. Mix well and serve with a dash of honey. Sprinkle over the cinnamon according to taste.
