Ingredients

  • 2 cm piece fresh turmeric (or ½ tsp ground turmeric)
  • 1 cm piece ginger
  • 1 small banana
  • 100g frozen mango
  • 150ml plain kefir

Method

  • Step 1

    Put the turmeric, ginger, banana (reserve a few slices to garnish, if you like), frozen mango and kefir into a blender with 50ml water.
  • Step 2

    Whizz until super smooth, then pour into a glass, pop in a straw and top with a few banana slices, if using.
