
Banana ‘Sushi’ Rolls

Fuel school-holiday snack attacks with these Banana ‘Sushi’ Rolls from OcadoLife food editor Lauren Hoffman – they’re as fun to make as they are to eat! If they’re not too keen on coconut, try sprinkling with crushed nuts or corn flakes instead for a little extra crunch.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp chocolate spread, plus a few small dollops
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 tortilla
- 2 (approx.) strawberries, hulled and sliced
Method
Step 1
Scatter the desiccated coconut onto a plate. Smooth the chocolate spread over the banana, then roll it in the coconut to coat.Step 2
Place the banana on the tortilla and roll it up tightly. Slice into bite-sized pieces.Step 3
Top each piece with a small dollop of chocolate spread and a strawberry slice.
