Perk up a barbecue favourite with these Barbecued Old Bay Chicken Wings from Helen Graves, food writer and author of BBQ Days, BBQ Nights. “These are a doddle to throw together and they crisp up beautifully on the grill. Serve them with a creamy dip to compliment the spicing.” For another flavour-packed grilled chicken recipe, don’t miss Helen’s Barbecued Bloody Mary Spatchcock Chicken.
