Ingredients
- 1 handful basil leaves, plus a sprig to garnish
- 30ml limoncello
- 30ml gin
- 150ml soda water, to top up
Method
Step 1
Put the basil in a cocktail shaker or clean lidded jar with the limoncello. Use a muddler or the end of a rolling pin to squish the leaves until the liquid turns bright green.Step 2
Add the gin and a big handful of ice; shake well.Step 3
Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice, then top up with soda water and pop in a big basil sprig.
