We can’t get enough of this viral BBQ Baked Feta. Ready in just 15 mins and made from summer staples it’s perfect for effortless hosting served with drinks, or part of a lunch spread packed with picky bits. We’ve used Ottolenghi harissa, but why not try with roasted red pepper paste or pomegranate molasses?Time and servings

Ingredients
- 200g feta
- 150g olives, we used M&S Colossal Greek Mixed Olives, sliced
- 2 tbsp harissa, we used Ottolenghi Pomegranate, Rose & Preserved Lemon Harissa
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 oregano sprigs, leaves picked
- Flatbread, for serving
Method
Step 1
Put the feta in the centre of a heatproof dish then sprinkle the olives aroundStep 2
In a small mixing bowl, whisk the harissa, honey and most of the oil with a generous grinding of black pepper.Step 3
Pour over the feta and olives, then drizzle with the remaining oil. Set on the grill rack of the bbq, cover with the lid and cook for 10 mins, until the feta has softened and the sauce is bubbling.Step 4
Top with fresh oregano and serve with bread for dipping.
