Ingredients
- 4 burger buns
- 2 tbsp of coriander, finely chopped
- 0.5 red chilli, finely chopped
- 0.5 lime, juice
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- 2 avocado
- 4 beef burgers
- 4 slices of red onion, for each burger
- 4 slices of large tomato, for each burger
- 4 sprinkles of grated cheddar, for each burger
Method
Step 1
Chop 2 avocados into small cubes and stir through 2tbsp finely chopped coriander, ½ finely chopped red chilli and the juice of ½ lime.Step 2
Drizzle 4 beef burgers with olive oil, pop them on the barbecue for 10-12 mins, or until cooked, turning now and then.Step 3
Pile the salsa on top of the burgers in sesame seed buns with a slice of red onion, tomato, lettuce and a sprinkling of grated cheddar.
