Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 150g mixed exotic mushrooms
- 250g beef strips
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 (200g) pack M&S Stroganoff Sauce
- 200g fine green beans
- 200g ready-made mash
- 1 handful flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tbsp walnut pieces (toasted, if liked)
- 2 tbsp pickled red cabbage
Method
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat; add the mushrooms and stir-fry for a couple of mins.Step 2
Toss the beef strips with the sweet paprika, some salt and black pepper; add to the pan and stir-fry for 3 mins. Pour over the stroganoff sauce and stir to warm through; season to taste.Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the green beans and mash to pack instructions. Sprinkle over the parsley and walnut pieces.Step 4
Serve with the mash, green beans and spoonful of pickled red cabbage.
