Beef, Mushroom and Walnut Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 150g mixed exotic mushrooms
  • 250g beef strips
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 (200g) pack M&S Stroganoff Sauce
  • 200g fine green beans
  • 200g ready-made mash
  • 1 handful flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tbsp walnut pieces (toasted, if liked)
  • 2 tbsp pickled red cabbage

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat; add the mushrooms and stir-fry for a couple of mins.
  • Step 2

    Toss the beef strips with the sweet paprika, some salt and black pepper; add to the pan and stir-fry for 3 mins. Pour over the stroganoff sauce and stir to warm through; season 
to taste.
  • Step 3

    Meanwhile, cook the green beans and mash to pack instructions. Sprinkle over the parsley and walnut pieces.
  • Step 4

    Serve with the mash, green beans and spoonful of pickled red cabbage.
