Ingredients

  • 75ml berry gin
  • 15ml Martini Rosso Vermouth Aperitivo
  • 1 dash Angostura Orange Bitters
  • 1 orange twist, to garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing jug with ice. Add the gin and vermouth; stir for 30 secs, then strain into a chilled martini glass.

  • Step 2

    Add a dash of bitters and garnish with an orange twist. Serve immediately.
