Ingredients
- 150 g of frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp of nut butter
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds, or other seeds
- 1 handful of basil leaves
- 1 handful of spinach or baby kale
- 200 ml of milk of your choice
- 1 squeeze of lime, optional
Method
Step 1
Put all the ingredients into a blender, make sure the lid is secure, then whizz until smooth.
