Ingredients

  • 150 g of frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp of nut butter
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds, or other seeds
  • 1 handful of basil leaves
  • 1 handful of spinach or baby kale
  • 200 ml of milk of your choice
  • 1 squeeze of lime, optional

Method

  • Step 1

    Put all the ingredients into a blender, make sure the lid is secure, then whizz until smooth.
