
Bertolli’s Grilled Salmon with Soy Sauce and Asparagus

Liven up your fish dish with a fresh touch of lemon, honey and soy. Bertolli’s take on the classic Teriyaki is light and healthy, with a mouth-watering glaze that is bound to please everyone around the dinner table. Ingredients
- 20 ml of bertolli mild & delicate olive oil spray
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 small of glass of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 10 g of spring onion
- 260 g of green asparagus
- 1 tsp of sesame seeds
- 0.25 lemon
Method
Step 1
Spray the pan with Bertolli Mild & Delicate Olive Oil Spray. Add green asparagus and grill.Step 2
Season the salmon and place it on the pan, skin side down. Cook until the skin is crisp.Step 3
Turn and cook for another minute.Step 4
Place the salmon over the asparagus and serve with lemon.Step 5
Add soy sauce, honey and pepper to the hot pan.Step 6
Pour the sauce over the salmon and top with spring onion and sesame seeds.
