Chef, food stylist and author Olivia Cavalli suggests switching up your spritz by swapping the usual Aperol-based version for a lesser-known Italian favourite – the Bicicletta Spritz. Ingredients
- 80 ml of campari
- 80 ml of dry white wine
- 80 ml of soda water
- 0.5 orange, juiced, plus 2 half-moons to garnish
Method
Step 1
Fill 2 glasses with ice.Step 2
pour 40ml each of soda water, wine and Campari into each one.Step 3
Divide the orange juice between the glasses and serve garnished with the orange half-moons.
