Ingredients
- 1 tbsp tequila blanco
- 1 tbsp smooth orange juice
- 1 tbsp crème de cassis
Method
Step 1
Pour the tequila blanco into a shot glass, followed by the orange juice.Step 2
To add the crème de cassis layer, flip a teaspoon over (so it’s underside up) and touch it to the inside of the glass, then slowly pour the crème de cassis over the spoon; it’ll sink to the bottom of the glass. You can make these up to 2 hrs ahead and store them in the fridge – the layers will stay put.
