Ingredients
- 120ml vodka
- 60g blackcurrant jam
- 30ml lime juice
- 240ml ginger beer
- 2 lime slices, to garnish

Step 1
Fill 2 tumblers with ice. To each glass, add 60ml vodka, 30g blackcurrant jam and 15ml lime juice; stir to combine.Step 2
