Blueberry Boost Ice Cream is an ice cream float with an extra hit of power. An ice cream soda (or ice cream float) with a scoop of coconut and blueberry ice cream floating on a fizzy probiotic drink, with energy-boosting toppings for the perfect pick-me-up. The ice cream float is reputed to have been invented in 1874 in the city of Philadelphia and this recipe brings the float bang up to date. Ingredients
- 80 g of coconut ice cream
- 275 ml of berry kombucha
- 5 g of graze crunch snack mix sweet chilli
- 1 slice of lime
- 6 g of blueberries
- 1 stick of lemongrass
Method
Step 1
Crush the sweet chilli snacks into a powder and use to decorate the rim of the glass.Step 2
Add 2 scoops of ice cream.Step 3
Pour the kombucha over the ice cream.Step 4
Garnish with lime, blueberries and lemongrass.
