Ingredients
- 50 ml of bombay sapphire
- 25 ml of fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp of caster sugar
- 50 ml of soda water
- 8 ice cubes
Method
Step 1
Add 25ml fresh lemon juice and 2 tsp caster sugar to a tall glass and stir until the sugar is dissolved.Step 2
Add 50ml Bombay Sapphire, fill with ice and stir to chill the liquid, then add more ice.Step 3
Top up with soda water.Step 4
Garnish with a lemon wedge.
