Ingredients
- 25ml Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
- 25ml Martini Rosso Vermouth
- 25ml Campari
- 1 tarragon sprig, to garnish
Method
Step 1
Put ice into a tumbler – go for a giant ice cube or ball if you have one. Add the mezcal, vermouth and Campari; stir to combine.Step 2
Garnish with the tarragon sprig.
