Ingredients

  • 25ml Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
  • 25ml Martini Rosso Vermouth
  • 25ml Campari
  • 1 tarragon sprig, to garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Put ice into a tumbler – go for a giant ice cube or ball if you have one. Add the mezcal, vermouth and Campari; stir to combine.
  • Step 2

    Garnish with the tarragon sprig.
