Ingredients
- 10 g of cayenne pepper
- 10 g of bull's-eye louisiana chipotle with cajun spices hot sauce
- 40 g of plain flour
- 20 chicken wings
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.Step 2
Use two bowls for coating - the first for flour and cayenne pepper, the second for the Bull's-Eye Louisiana Chipotle with Cajun Spices hot sauce.Step 3
Time to get stuck in. Coat the wings in the flour mix then generously dunk in the hot sauce.Step 4
Grill the wings on an oven plate for 20 mins.
