Ingredients
- 100 g of red pepper houmous
- 5 ciabatta rolls
- 200 g of cauldron falafel
- 3 red peppers
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 50 g of harissa paste
Method
Step 1
Cut the bread rolls in half.Step 2
Spread the bottom half with the hummus to add moisture to the sandwich.Step 3
Place the cooked falafel on top of the hummus and crush to release flavours.Step 4
Slice peppers in to ¼ and rub with oil.Step 5
Oven bake the peppers and leave to cool.Step 6
Place on top of falafel and stack sandwich.Step 7
Place lettuce on top of pepper.Step 8
Rub harrisa on the top half of bread and cover, adding colour and flavour.
