Toss Cauldron's tasty tofu into some Udon noodles for a quick dish packed with flavour and vitamins.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 sprinkle of fresh coriander, chopped
- 500 g of udon noodles
- 3 carrots
- 100 g of beansprouts
- 1 splash of soy sauce
- 4 red peppers
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 1 good handful of broccoli florets
- 50 g of mange tout
- 1 pinch of bouillon
- 1 pack of cauldron marinated tofu pieces
Method
Step 1
Cook noodles in seasoning (soya sauce and bouillon) and cool.Step 2
Thinly slice the peppers and fry gently.Step 3
Steam the broccoli florets, mangetout and carrots.Step 4
Thinly slice spring onion and add to the mix.Step 5
Create teriyaki sauce with equal measures of soya sauce, rapeseed oil, one clove of crushed garlic, pinch of sugar, organic ketchup and a sprinkle of cornflour and season to taste.Step 6
Place a little oil in sauté pan heat add vegetable mix and the tofu and sauté. Add teriyaki sauce mix heat and place in serving dish.Step 7
Garnish with coriander, mix in with serving spoon and serve.
