Ingredients
- 1 bunch of basil, thinly sliced
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- 1 drizzle of balsamic glaze
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 200 g of cauldron tofu
- 200 g of cherry tomatoes
Method
Step 1
Cut the tofu in to 15 x 15cm squares, deep fry for 20 seconds and allow to cool.Step 2
Slice the cherry tomatoes and add to the tofu.Step 3
Add the black pepper.Step 4
Place all ingredients into the serving bowl and drizzle the olive oil across.Step 5
Splash the balsamic glaze over the cherry tomatoes and tofu mix.Step 6
Thinly slice the basil, sprinkle all over the mixture to add colour and a fresh scent.Step 7
Toss to serve.
