Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of basil, thinly sliced
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 drizzle of balsamic glaze
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 200 g of cauldron tofu
  • 200 g of cherry tomatoes

Method

  • Step 1

    Cut the tofu in to 15 x 15cm squares, deep fry for 20 seconds and allow to cool.
  • Step 2

    Slice the cherry tomatoes and add to the tofu.
  • Step 3

    Add the black pepper.
  • Step 4

    Place all ingredients into the serving bowl and drizzle the olive oil across.
  • Step 5

    Splash the balsamic glaze over the cherry tomatoes and tofu mix.
  • Step 6

    Thinly slice the basil, sprinkle all over the mixture to add colour and a fresh scent.
  • Step 7

    Toss to serve.
