We can’t get enough of this viral trend. Topping freshly baked focaccia with your favourite charcuterie bits is the ultimate hosting dish this summer. Baked with gaps ready to be filled with salty olives and spicy salami you can simply put on the table and let guests tear and share. Slice up any leftovers for delicious sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 500g focaccia mix
- 40ml olive oil, plus extra to drizzle
- 80g pack cured meat
- 150g tin olives
- 1 small handful caperberries
- 80g manchego, sliced
- 125g mixed tomatoes
- 1 big bunch grapes
Method
Step 1
Make the focaccia to packet instructions. Once the dough is ready to be shaped add some extra oil to the 20 x 30cm baking dish and carefully transfer the dough across. Make 2 holes in the dough and put the oiled ramekins in, then cover and leave for its final rise.Step 2
Cook the dough to packet instructions and the dough is golden, removing the ramekins when the bread is cool enough.Step 3
Once cooled, add your favourite toppings then slice or tear to serve.
