Ingredients
- 1 packet of tilda kids cheese and tomato rice
- 1 spring onion, snipped
- 0.5 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of frozen peas
- 50 g of salmon, cooked and flaked
- 1 handful of baby spinach leaves
Method
Step 1
Place the frozen peas in a pan of boiling water and cook for 4- 5 minutes, drain and set aside.Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped spring onion. Cook for a few minutes to soften.Step 3
Stir in the rice and allow to cook for 3 minutes.Step 4
Add the flaked salmon, peas and spinach.Step 5
Stir and allow to heat through until the spinach has wilted.
