Ingredients
- 30ml Lyre’s Amaretti
- 0.5 lemon (approx.), juiced to give 1 tsp
- 1 (330ml) bottle Virgil’s Black Cherry Cream Soda, to top up
- 1 maraschino cherry, to garnish
- 1 rosemary sprig, to garnish
- 1 lemon twist, to garnish
Method
Step 1
In a glass, combine the amaretti with the lemon juice; stir briefly.Step 2
Add ice and top up with a little cream soda (save the rest for the next round). Garnish with a maraschino cherry, rosemary sprig and a twist of lemon.
