Ingredients

  • 720ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 300ml cherry gin or vodka (or regular gin or vodka)
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges, plus extra twists of zest to garnish (optional)
  • 360ml grenadine

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine the grapefruit juice and gin in a jug and stir to mix well.

  • Step 2

    Fill 6 glasses with ice; add 1-2 lime wedges to each.

  • Step 3

    Pour over the grapefruit mix, then add 60ml grenadine to each glass (it will sink to the bottom). Add the lime twists (if using) and serve with a flourish!
