This refreshing tall drink has the classic flavour pairing of almond and cherry flavours, courtesy of the Disaronno and Blossom Cottage Morello Cherry Cordial. Garnished with a cinnamon stick, it has a whiff of festive spice about it – although it's a great sip to serve at any time of year. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 15 ml of cherry cordial
- 20 ml of lemon juice, plus zest for decoration
- 1 handful of ice
- 1 bottle of soda water, to top
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 40 ml of disaronno
Method
Step 1
Pour the Disaronno, cherry cordial and lemon juice into a highball glass.Step 2
Add ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a swirl of lemon zest and a cinnamon stick.
