Garnished with a cinnamon stick, it has a whiff of festive spice about it – although it's a great sip to serve at any time of year.

Ingredients

  • 15 ml of cherry cordial
  • 20 ml of lemon juice, plus zest for decoration
  • 1 handful of ice
  • 1 bottle of soda water, to top
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 40 ml of disaronno

Method

  • Step 1

    Pour the Disaronno, cherry cordial and lemon juice into a highball glass.

  • Step 2

    Add ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a swirl of lemon zest and a cinnamon stick.
