Ingredients
- 250g breaded chicken nuggets
- 150g sushi rice
- 1 (350g) tub M&S Katsu Curry Sauce
- 1 (315g) pack M&S Crunchy Asian Slaw Kit
- 0.5 lemon, cut into wedges
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas 7. Put the nuggets on a baking sheet and bake for 15 mins, until crunchy and golden.Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the sushi rice to pack instructions.Step 3
Just before serving, warm the katsu sauce on the hob or microwave to pack instructions. Plate up the rice, nuggets and slaw; spoon over the katsu sauce. Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over.
