Ingredients
- 60 g of parmesan cheese
- 0.5 tsp of oregano
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 tbsp of hellmann's light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp of dry breadcrumbs
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C.Step 2
Combine the Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise with the cheese in a bowl.Step 3
Arrange the chicken on baking tray. Evenly top with the mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with the bread crumbs and herbs.Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and serve with your favourite veggies and rice.
