Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of salsa
- 1 chicken leg
- 1 pitta bread
- 1 little gem lettuce, shredded
- 1 shallot, finely sliced
- 1 tbsp of tahini
- 4 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cornichons, sliced
Method
Step 1
Shred the chicken leg using two forks.Step 2
Toast the pitta and carefully slice open. If preparing ahead, allow the pitta to cool first.Step 3
Fill the pitta with the little gem, chicken, cherry tomatoes, shallot and cornichons. Mix together the salsa and the tahini and add 1-2tsp of water to make a spoonable sauce. Pour over the filling and either eat immediately or wrap in foil for later.
