Ingredients

  • 1 whole of sweet potato, (Scrubbed and cut into wedges)
  • 100 ml of sour cream
  • 6 whole of chicken wings
  • 150 ml of hot sauce
  • 75 g of butter
  • 3 sticks of celery
  • 1 packet of tenderstem broccoli
  • 100 ml of single cream
  • 50 g of stilton

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix half of the hot sauce with the chicken wings, cover and place in the fridge for between 30 minutes - 4 hours to marinade
  • Step 2

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Step 3

    Toss the vegetables in about a tbsp of sunflower oil, salt and pepper
  • Step 4

    Arrange in a baking tray and place the chicken on top
  • Step 5

    Bake for 25 minutes
  • Step 6

    While they are baking, melt the butter and hot sauce together and whisk to combine
  • Step 7

    After 25 minutes, glaze the wings and the rest of the veg with the hot sauce mix and return to the oven for ten minutes, basting 2-3 times
  • Step 8

    For the ranch dressing - Mix the sour cream, double cream and crumbled stilton to form a fairly smooth sauce
  • Step 9

    Chop some chives to serve and add the sauce to the chicken
