Ingredients
- 1 whole of sweet potato, (Scrubbed and cut into wedges)
- 100 ml of sour cream
- 6 whole of chicken wings
- 150 ml of hot sauce
- 75 g of butter
- 3 sticks of celery
- 1 packet of tenderstem broccoli
- 100 ml of single cream
- 50 g of stilton
Method
Step 1
Mix half of the hot sauce with the chicken wings, cover and place in the fridge for between 30 minutes - 4 hours to marinadeStep 2
Preheat the oven to 180 degreesStep 3
Toss the vegetables in about a tbsp of sunflower oil, salt and pepperStep 4
Arrange in a baking tray and place the chicken on topStep 5
Bake for 25 minutesStep 6
While they are baking, melt the butter and hot sauce together and whisk to combineStep 7
After 25 minutes, glaze the wings and the rest of the veg with the hot sauce mix and return to the oven for ten minutes, basting 2-3 timesStep 8
For the ranch dressing - Mix the sour cream, double cream and crumbled stilton to form a fairly smooth sauceStep 9
Chop some chives to serve and add the sauce to the chicken
