Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of thick natural yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, small and crushed (optional)
- 0.5 tsp of cumin
- 1 squeeze of lemon, (optional)
- 100 g of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tsp of mango chutney
- 1 handful of coriander
Method
Step 1
Start with the cumin yogurt: in a bowl, mix together the natural yogurt, cumin, a pinch of salt, garlic and a squeeze of lemon.Step 2
Spoon onto 1 ready-to-eat poppadom, top with chickpeas, mango chutney and coriander.
