Ingredients
- 100 g of seafood & eat it crab
- 150 g of linguine
- 150 g of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp of rapeseed oil
- 3 spring onions, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, deseeded & finely chopped
- 1 lime, zested & juiced
- 1 handful of fresh coriander, roughly chopped
Method
Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan.Step 2
Add the tomatoes, spring onions, garlic and chilli and fry until fragrant.Step 3
Add the fresh Pasta to the pan.Step 4
Add the crab, coriander and lime zest and most of the juice.Step 5
Stir through for a minute or two until warmed through.
