Ingredients

  • 100 g of seafood & eat it crab
  • 150 g of linguine
  • 150 g of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp of rapeseed oil
  • 3 spring onions, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded & finely chopped
  • 1 lime, zested & juiced
  • 1 handful of fresh coriander, roughly chopped

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat the oil in a pan.
  • Step 2

    Add the tomatoes, spring onions, garlic and chilli and fry until fragrant.
  • Step 3

    Add the fresh Pasta to the pan.
  • Step 4

    Add the crab, coriander and lime zest and most of the juice.
  • Step 5

    Stir through for a minute or two until warmed through.
